The Jeff Jones Show and the Greenytoons present: Adventures of the Monster Men, more often known as Adventures of the Monster Men, is an action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar India and published by Rockstar Games, Sanford Productions, and Singularity Entertainment. The game was released on the Wii U, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Greeny Arcade, and Greeny Arcade 256 on January 19, 2017. A version for the Nintendo Switch was released on August 3, 2017.

Jake Sanford described the game in an interview, "It's as if a old CD-ROM computer game got raped by a Grand Theft Auto clone while I took pictures"

Gameplay Edit

The players control a Monkees-style group of monster musicians called the Monster Men who take it upon themselves to stop the mad schemes of Simon the Monster Hunter who wants to unleash a virus all over the Greenytoons universe. When travelling by foot, the player character can walk, run, and perform three types of attacks: a normal kick, a jumping kick, and a smashing move. To drive, the player can either commandeer one of the many civilian vehicles that drive endlessly around town, or use a phone booth to select a car.

The game has a sandbox-style format that emphasizes driving, and the player controls their character from a third-person view. The character can perform certain acts of violence, such as attacking pedestrians, blowing up vehicles, and destroying the environment.

Plot Edit

Animation for the FMV scenes was created by Sharp Eye at their Tokyo studio. The game uses the DivX Plus HD codec.
