This article is about a person or a thing in the real world.
Nothing Records is an American record label specializing in industrial rock and electronic music, founded by Nine Inch Nails Member, Trent Renzor and John Malm Jr. in 1992. It's considered an example a vanity label, where an artist is able to run a label with some degree of Independence from within a larger parent company - in this case, Interscope Records was the parent company at the time
The label became largely defunct in 2004 due to a lawsuit by Renzor against John Malm. The label became inactive as a whole following serveral further release - the Besides You In Time (February 2007) home video was the label's final release at the time.
The label was brought back in 2016 by a deal between Slimeo's label, EVOLVE Records and Interscope Records, bringing back some artists on the label's roster while bringing in new artists.
All of this gave Nothing Records a firm spot in the music world.
